Shipping and Handling Charges
We strongly recommend that you read the entire shipping policy before making
any purchase.
siglas-inc.com will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All
fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your
shipping information and selected your shipping method.
In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to
enter the correct shipping method. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Please
review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can
expedite the processing of your order.

Your order to a physical address within the 48 contiguous states will normally be
shipped via FedEx Ground within 24 hours of placement and will be delivered
within 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be
shipped until the following business day.

Shipping Terms & Conditions
1- All orders placed after 12:00PM PST will be treated as the next business day's
order. We do not process orders during the weekend; all orders that are placed
between 12:00pm PST Friday and 12:00pm PST Monday will be treated as
Monday's orders.
2-In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend our customers
to use the same address for their shipping address and billing address. Otherwise,
your order will be delayed for further verification.
3- Do not use a P.O. Box as your shipping address. If your billing address is a P.O.
Box, please provide us with a physical address for shipping.
4-We offer Free Ground Shipping for selected items only. For shipping within the
48 contiguous states, please note that any item(s) NOT indicated as Free Ground
Shipping will be charged the appropriate shipping fee. For Free Ground Shipping,
some selected items we ship by Fedex. It can take up to 1 weeks for delivery.
5-Siglas requires an adult signature on any package over $50.00 in value.
6-All orders will be shipped and processed according to the availability of the item
ordered.
For international orders, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm the
shipping and handling charge.
